James Endicott
President and Chief Executive Officer
Endicott is a founding partner, CEO and President of Exact Wave, which he started with Jonathan Oliver in 2002. His extensive industry experience includes co-founding and serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Distriba, a web based Distributor Marketing Management portal. James oversees corporate management and strategic direction.
In 2008, Exact Wave ranked #21 on the list of 100 Fastest growing companies in Utah. In 2005, James was voted to the "40 under 40" (hottest and brightest business leaders under the age of 40) twice. Exact Wave was also recognized by Utah Business Magazine as a top "50" company in Utah. Prior to Exact Wave, James also worked as a strategic Internet marketing consultant.
James is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for building companies. He has built numerous startups and understands the process of growing a successful organization.
James holds an M.B.A. from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
Jonathan Oliver
Chief Technology Officer
Oliver is a founding partner and the Chief Technology Officer of Exact Wave where he oversees the development of the company's technology. His leadership at Exact Wave has contributed significantly to the phenomenal growth the company has experienced since its inception. Prior to founding Exact Wave, he spent over ten years as an entrepreneur in the online industry. This experience gave him invaluable insight into the benefits of turning software into online services that has resulted in Exact Wave being a leader in innovative SaaS in the mailing software industry. Oliver attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
